Slip fit couplings

Postby Ron » Thu Jul 06, 2017 11:07 pm

I'm switching over to the newer style slip fit couplings and using them in conjunction with the "Ultimate" or yellow/black hose sold by Duct Cleaners Supply. In place of the band clamps I'm securing the hose to the couplings with rivets and padding those, but am undecided as to what the best way to temporarily secure the hose sections/couplings together and looking for something that will not mar any surface they come in contact with. I've riveted a strap to each coupling and thinking the best way may be to simply add snaps to those. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Ron
