Day two of the conference was held on-site at Safety King in Shelby Township. At their campus, MJ and Marcus Palazzolo hosted several more presentations. There was also a hands-on portion where attendees got to try the equipment on a wide range of materials and see what it could do. There was a presentation by Bob Foster of Aeroseal regarding Duct Sealing. Duct leakage is becoming a very big topic regarding energy use in homes. It is not unusual to find quite a bit of leakage, 20- 40% and that means wasted energy and homes that aren't as comfortable as they could be. Sealing ducts in place can provide big benefits for homeowners. That evening attendees headed over to Kart 2 Kart for some indoor racing and more networking opportunities.
Race winners were:
1st Place: Jimmy Meyer
2nd Place: Barry Brown
3rd Place: MJ Palazzolo

The Duct Cleaner's Network
The most valuable aspect of an organization is the interaction and networking with others who share similar trades, business experiences and challenges. A network of like-minded professionals is created, which an individual can call upon for problem-solving, support, even shared projects thus expanding your capability, and assisting others in doing the same.
